New office leases in the Seattle market are typically 75% of their pre-pandemic size with some tenants signing longer-term deals to capitalize on the soft market.
These are among the observations of Newmark brokers Charlie Farra and Matt Betterman, who distributed a market insights report Tuesday. It's a preview of the pending release of brokerages' quarterly reports at the end of this month.
